THE SNOW DAY!
The awesome day off from everything that leaves you with a blessing of a free day to relax and enjoy and play and not feel guilty about any of it! My outlook on winter would be a whole lot better if we could get these more often! HAHA
Well, we took advantage of our gift, indeed. We stayed in pajamas until we dressed in snow clothes to go outside and play.
First we had to shovel a little path out of the driveway to get to a tiny hill in the neighborhood. Clearly their shoveling is more fun than productive. That is the joy of being a kid.

Did I mention this was a tiny sledding hill? As in, it probably doesn't even qualify for a hill. Ross wasn't home yet, so we were waiting before we hit the big one! They still had fun.
I was going to crop this one, but I love Max in the background. He gave her the push off and worked hard to do it. You can see it in this picture. He just gave the big push and now is watching the outcome...

looks like fun! we had snow on saturday, but by sunday it was all ice. the roads were mostly clear but they still cancelled school today. no fun playing in icy snow! in ohio do you guys have to make up every single snow day off of school? here in charlotte they've already cancelled president's day off because of the snow day today...bittersweet these snow days!
