We went to a playground one morning when the kids were off school.
It was a pretty fall day, and not every school had off, so we kind of had the place to ourselves.
the fall colors were really starting to show...
And Zoey didn't mind stopping for some pictures...
I could occasionally get a smile too!
Max didn't really want to stop playing...thus, the annoyed with me face...
so, I let him go and just had Zoey do what she wanted...
It's rare that she'll do this too, so I was glad to take advantage...
After the playground, we ran around for a while. There is a disc golf course around the playground we were at, so lots of land, with leaves to play in...

she totally got grass stains on her pants, but I don't mind

And, later that day, we went to the soccer fields and got to see a glorious evening unfold...
We were watching this guy... no goals were scored on him, whew!
