Probably one of Ross's favorite things in Colorado is all the local craft beers. We have tried a bunch at the actual breweries, if they serve food, but he can also buy them at various stores which is cool too. When we lived in Ohio, one of the places that we actually really miss is a restaurant that brought in all kinds of fun beers (Spinoza's). The owner definitely enjoyed flavors and foodie stuff because he also made crazy good ice cream flavors as well... anyway,
I am not a beer person, but I am a foodie. I love to try new things and interesting flavors, and so this place allowed me to try some interesting beers in a food type of way. does that even make sense? all this to say, it's a fun part of being here... and well, Cheers!
