2. I am sure you have been waiting in anticipation for this news as well - our dryer is working! YAHOOO!!! It was literally a FIVE dollar part. Nice.
3. So a cool thing about blogs and the whole internet, is how you *meet* others! Here is a big THANK YOU to Brooke! She is a friend of Tricia, who is my old friend from many moons ago:) She saw that Max loved Mario Bros. Her son had a Mario Party and had leftover hats! She sent one for Max! He was thrilled. THANKS AGAIN, Brooke! I love how you love your life and your people!!

5. Zoey is in soccer camp this week and it couldn't be hotter or more humid. Ugh!
6. So, we got the iPhones and they are definitely cooler than I imagined! All those darn apps! We are still having fun. It helped while family was here to have games for the kids when we went to restaurants. Normally they love dining out, but under the circumstances, we were trying different places and having longer waits, so it came in handy!
7. Which leads me to this... what are your favorite apps? I am overwhelmed by them! But some of the ones I've gotten have been so helpful, that I would love your opinon! I don't have scraps of paper for grocery lists anymore and stuff like that! Do share...

Yeah!! So glad Max likes the hat -- he looks precious in it. And, LOVE that song. Used it in a rehearsal dinner video I made for my sister and her hub a few months ago. Happy summer (love the pic of your pics hanging in another post. so cool.)
The grilled dinner looks so amazing! Did you grow any of the vegetables? Poor Zoey! I can't imagine running around in the middle of the day in this weather. I am a little overwhelmed with the IPhone. My sister has one and loves the restaurant application. I guess when you live in Portland it would be a little more useful then here.

i love grilling too. in my new townhome i have a back patio. no grill yet though, i'm thinking i might have to invest in a gas grill. i miss grilling so much!
aren't we in a good mood? love these 'ten on tuesday' posts. totally want to do one but feel like i need to get past all of the events/vacations we have going on. that's so cool that brooke mailed max a hat. too funny. you are right about the restaurant apps... not so exciting in our wannebe city! although I have found a couple of new places I didn't realize were around!
I love my iPhone- I'm so glad you guys joined the club :) My favorite app is yelp! and shazam- the reviews are usually spot on and shazam rocks because if you hear a song on the radio (remember that?), shazam can usually pick it up, tag it and tell you the artist and song name!
Jill, you will have to talk to Andrew about the iPhone, he LOVES his and has some good apps for running. I still have a crap-berry so can't help you out there! I love your 10 on Tues. We need to get together soon!!
