2. I have a stress fracture in my pelvis. A what? Yeah, that's what I said. Who gets things like this? (That would be me.) I was training for a half marathon in three weeks, so that's out the window.
3. The weather has been in the nineties this week and the kids have no AC! It is SO HOT for them!! Other schools are getting out early, but not ours!
4. Max is doing good in kindergarten but I really wanted him to come out of his shell a little this year. He sits next to the foreign kids who SPEAKS ZERO ENGLISH. Let's just say it is not helping the situation.
5. Okay, I will try to be more positive...I had an awesome birthday lunch with my friend, Susy, today at a fun, quirky restaurant. The food was yummy and all organic, from the local area, kind of thing... We do have some gems in this Ohio place of ours.
6. Every year for a while now, Zoey and Ross go walking around Target right before my birthday and just search for little gifts for me! I love it! I also love hearing Ross tell me about it later. He says Zoey talks the entire time and considers all kinds of purchases and remembers lots of conversations I've had with her! Sometimes they bring me fun snacks, sometimes a cute purse and a doggie card! Did I mention already that I LOVE IT!!
7. August just flew by! I like the fall though and look forward to the colors that come with it!
8. Were playing with dominoes the other day...

LUNA MOTHS... these suckers are about 4 1/2 inches across and are only in the adult stage for about 12 hours, so its kind of rare to see, and they totally freaked me out at first!!

i am determined to do a 'ten on tuesday' and/or 'wordless wednesday' post one day! i can't seem to catch up early enough in the weekend from posting weekend "events" to get to it in time. is there anything for thursday or friday? let's invent something if not. thinkin' thursday? fun friday? i think that's actually a days of the week song from ella's kindergarten class...
