We weren't planning on getting a cake because we were just going to have a fun dessert at our nice dinner out, but the day of the birthdays came and well... I wanted cake!! So Zoey and I went to a couple of cake stores, and ended up with the winning cake/frosting combo that we wanted at Kroger! We thought it would be funny to get them the purple cake!
