First Day of School! {Aug 21}

Summer definitely went by way too fast for all of us, and the first day of school came quickly!

Ross left this day for a month class in Colorado, too so it was kind of a double bummer in some ways!

It was sprinkling out, which is why Max is in a funny hunched position..






And since I am writing this so far after the fact, I can say that the first day went well and the kiddos are enjoying their classes and teachers. Zoey's teacher is so much better than last year, so that makes a HUGE difference in her attitude and general happiness. And Max was in a looping class, so he has the same kids and teacher for 1st and 2nd grade, and it worked out well. He walked into his class on the first day and she had it set up exactly like they left it. They didn't have to learn any new routines or anything.

Anyway, here are our 2nd and 5th graders!!
